Greater Oliver Concept Plan

The Concept Plan is a compilation of the images and ideas from the charrette.

The Concept Plan is not a regulatory document with the force of law. But it does show how future development in the Oliver region could be managed to meet the long-term goals of the community.

The Concept Plan can be used to guide policy, planning, and design decisions during implementation. The ideas can be formalized through the Official Community Plans and other policies and plans of the Regional District and the Town. The Town of Oliver unanimously endorsed the Concept Plan on July 9, 2007.
