Background information used in Smart Growth on the Ground includes all relevant plans and policies. 

Through SGOG, the citizens of Greater Oliver will set priorities among the many goals and issues in these background documents.  Then, at the charrette, participants will create images of what Greater Oliver would look like in the future, if these plans and aspirations are realized.
